Content & Takedown Policy

Listings generally contain a site name, link, original editorial description and tags, plus a screenshot captured from a publicly accessible webpage or an image supplied by an authorised submitter. Screenshots are displayed as reduced or cropped previews for design reference and commentary, with a link to the source website.

We do not claim ownership of the website design, screenshot subject matter, logos, names, or other third-party content. We do not provide the featured site's source code or its assets as downloadable substitutes for the original.

A normal editorial listing does not mean that the featured website, its owner, or any trademark owner is affiliated with, sponsors, endorses, approves, or has submitted the listing to Inspolanding. Paid placements are visually labelled “Sponsored.”

Third-party names, logos, and trademarks are used only to identify and discuss the referenced website or a clearly labelled sponsor. They remain the property of their respective owners. Nothing on Inspolanding grants a licence to reuse them.

If you own or represent a featured site and want its screenshot or listing removed, email support@uiblockify.co with the featured site URL and the request. You do not need to make a legal argument. We will verify the target, disable or remove it promptly, and keep only the minimum record reasonably needed to avoid re-adding it.

The same address handles incorrect links, names, credits, descriptions, tags, privacy concerns, and other corrections.

For a formal rights complaint, include: your name and contact details; the protected work or right; the exact Inspolanding listing or material at issue; why you believe the use is unauthorised; and a statement that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner. An electronic signature is acceptable.

We may ask for limited additional information if needed to identify the material or authority, but we will not use that as a reason to delay an otherwise clear removal request. We may forward the substance of a complaint to the submitter where appropriate, excluding personal contact details unless disclosure is necessary or legally required.

People who use the submission or sponsorship forms must confirm that they are authorised to provide the site and creative. Their licence and payment terms are in the Terms of Use. A submission does not prevent the actual rights holder from requesting removal.
