Terms of Use

Inspolanding is an independent editorial gallery for website-design discovery and reference. Selection, categories, descriptions, order, and featured status are editorial decisions. Inclusion does not mean that a listed site or trademark owner sponsors, endorses, approves, or is affiliated with Inspolanding, unless a placement is clearly labelled sponsored.

Third-party links take you to services we do not control. Their content, availability, security, and terms are the responsibility of their operators.

You must provide an email address you are entitled to use and keep access to your email secure. You may not misuse the service, evade rate limits, scrape it in a way that harms availability, interfere with security, submit unlawful or deceptive material, impersonate another person, or infringe another person's rights.

We may restrict access, remove content, or cancel an unpaid booking when reasonably necessary to protect the service, comply with law, or enforce these Terms.

You keep ownership of material you submit. You confirm that the information is accurate, that you own or control the site or are authorised to submit it, and that you have the rights needed for every image, logo, name, trademark, and piece of copy you provide.

You grant Inspolanding a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, resize, crop, reformat, edit for length or clarity, display, and distribute the submitted material only as needed to review, operate, display, and promote the listing or sponsored placement and the Inspolanding service. This licence lasts while the material is used for those purposes and ends after removal, except for reasonable cache or backup cycles and records we must keep by law.

We may correct formatting or descriptions and may reject or remove material that is misleading, unlawful, technically unsafe, poor quality, or inconsistent with the catalog's editorial standard.

The price shown before checkout is a one-time fee for human editorial review and, if approved, preparation and publication of a catalog listing. Payment does not buy approval, a particular ranking, traffic, leads, revenue, exclusivity, or a permanent placement.

If a paid submission is rejected under the catalog standard, we will initiate a refund to the original payment method. Bank and payment-provider processing times are outside our control. Duplicate, fraudulent, abusive, chargeback-related, or rights-infringing submissions may be refused; any mandatory consumer rights still apply.

An approved listing may remain available while the catalog operates and the listing remains accurate, lawful, technically usable, and consistent with editorial policy. We may update or remove it for legal, security, quality, operational, or service changes. You can request removal under the Content & Takedown Policy.

A catalog sponsorship covers the placement, dates, format, and price shown at booking. A booking is held temporarily during checkout and is confirmed only after successful payment and creative review. We may require edits or reject creative that is unlawful, misleading, infringing, unsafe, or unsuitable for the audience; if no acceptable creative can be agreed, we will cancel and initiate the appropriate refund.

Sponsorship does not influence the ranking or selection of non-sponsored listings. Sponsored material is labelled. We do not guarantee impressions, clicks, conversions, or uninterrupted availability. If we cannot deliver a material part of a paid placement for reasons within our control, contact us for a reasonable remedy, which may be rescheduling or a proportionate refund.

Checkout is handled by Lemon Squeezy and may be subject to its checkout terms and refund mechanics. Charges currently appear as uiblockify. You are responsible for accurate billing details and applicable taxes shown at checkout. Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable consumer rights.

The Inspolanding name, logo, original interface, software, and editorial text belong to the operator or its licensors. These Terms do not grant permission to copy or redistribute them beyond ordinary use of the service. Third-party screenshots, names, logos, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners and are governed by our Content & Takedown Policy.

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, error-free data, or that any listing or external site is suitable for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from the service or third-party sites.

Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud or deliberate misconduct, or limits mandatory consumer remedies.

We may change the service or these Terms. The updated date will change, and material changes affecting an existing paid booking will not retroactively remove the core service already purchased. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
